Nate is the L&D Project Manager at 20-20 Services. In this role, Nate manages the operations and logistics around all our virtual and in-person training programs. In addition, he manages, from a project perspective, all our customization projects. Nate brings 10 years of experience from the United States Air Force where he led and managed a wide variety of projects in Logistics as well as Learning and Development. He developed a passion for Learning while serving as the Training & Leadership Development Program Manager in the Air Force where He oversaw, developed, and instructed a Leadership Development Course. Before Nate joined the 20-20 team he was working in a contract role with BDO USA as a Learning & Development Specialist.

Nate earned his bachelor’s degree in Counseling and is pursuing his master’s degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA.

In his free time, Nate enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids, coaching sports teams and staying active by going on hikes and bike rides. He is a faithful University of Michigan sports fan and tries to attend as many games as he can.
