Frank has over three decades of varied experience in public accounting and industry focusing on entrepreneurship and emerging businesses. He was a Senior Manager in Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneurial Services Group and Merger and Acquisition Practice and was a member of the firm’s National Education Team. Frank has been in multiple CFO and other executive roles including at CoStar Group (NASDAQ: CSGP), which he joined as CFO when it was an early stage, venture backed technology company. He became Executive Vice President as the company steadily grew to become a large public company with international operations.

Having led numerous business units and many large and diverse teams, Frank has built a reputation for staff development, teaching and mentoring professionals of all levels and backgrounds.

Frank graduated with a BS in Accounting from Wake Forest University and is a CPA. He resides in Annapolis, Maryland.
