20-20 Services LLC (20-20) is a leading provider of professional training programs to accountants, auditors and tax professionals in the United States. We are seeking a Manager to serve in our Audit Training division. This position will report to and work closely with the Sr. Manager of the Audit Training Division to update Audit Training content and other training programs. The Manager will assist with curriculum development, content authoring, collaborating with subject matter experts, and serving as a lead instructor of both in-person and virtually delivered programs. Our Audit Training programs are delivered to local, regional, super-regional, and national CPA firms throughout the United States as well as to offshore professionals.

Essential Functions

  • Assist in determining the strategic direction of the Audit Training curriculum
  • Serve as a technical auditing resource for course instructors and the corporate team
  • Author and update course content for technical and non-technical training programs
  • Serve as a lead instructor for training courses with ability to deliver classes online or in-person up to 100 days per year, with peak season being May -August and October through December
  • Assist in growing the auditing division through supporting marketing and networking efforts
  • Support and lead the development efforts on custom audit training projects with clients


  • 7+ years auditing experience at a CPA firm, currently serving in Manager role or above
  • CPA with active license – must maintain active license
  • Significant teaching experience, with an interest in content development and instructional design and a strong passion for helping others
