As teams transition to remote working, the way we work together is changing. In this session we will discuss the concept of "virtual meetings." We identify when meetings are appropriate and when other forms of communication are better. The group will discover key characteristics of effective virtual meetings and develop a step-by-step plan to prepare for, facilitate and follow-up from virtual meetings. This session is recommended for anyone who organizes or facilitates internal team meetings or meetings with those outside their organization. |
