We are a group of entrepreneurial professionals, each with deep careers in the public accounting industry serving as accountants, CPAs, and trainers, who possess great passion and skill for transferring learning and knowledge to other professionals.

In 2010, we launched our first service: 20-20 Audit Training, offering a series of audit training programs and courses designed to meet firm needs in the ever-changing public accounting marketplace. Soon after, in 2011 we introduced 20-20 Tax Training, including four levels of tax technical topics with a blend of soft skills appropriate at each level. In a short time, our offerings expanded to include essential staff training not only in Audit & Tax, but in the area of Personal Development, acknowledged as a crucial component to both an individual’s development and a firm’s success.

At 20-20, we constantly have our ear to the ground during each client engagement and in every public course setting. We ask and listen as our clients describe their challenges and needs. Then we develop programs to deliver real and effective solutions mapped to their unique requirements.

Our team has grown since 2010 to approximately twenty staff, including instructors who are among the best in the industry. In 2018, the leadership of 20-20 transitioned to the executive team of Jessica Sacchetti, Beckie Reilly and Tom Kiley. Jessica succeeds founder, Bo Fitzpatrick, as President of 20-20 Services. Jessica, Beckie and Tom are excited to carry on the mission of 20-20 Services and to continue to expand our products and services to support our clients’ success.
