After more than 17 years of practicing as a CPA -- most of it at the nationally recognized accounting firm of Kahn, Litwin & Renza (KLR) -- Erica decided to combine her knowledge and expertise with a passion for small businesses … and start her own firm in 2018.

Erica’s management-level role at KLR exposed her to a diverse and exciting small business client base. She loves helping business owners implement their financial and tax-saving strategies through the growth and life of their organizations.

Erica provides an array of services including: tax consulting, compliance, planning and business advice. She often assists her clients with all of their financial needs, including financial statements, bookkeeping and payroll services. Beyond her experience as a CPA with a Master of Taxation, she focuses on serving each client with lots of hands-on advice and action. Clients appreciate the high-energy personal style and willingness to jump right into their issues and challenges.

Erica previously served as an adjunct professor at the Community College of Rhode Island, and she joined the team of professional tax educators at 20-20 Services in 2023.

Committed to the community and the profession, Erica is currently the Chair-Elect of the Rhode Island Society of CPAs, and treasurer of the Festival Ballet Providence. She remains active in a number of other professional and charitable groups, and considers giving back vital to her continued learning, fulfillment and success.
