Chris has over 30 years of experience in the public accounting profession. He began his career at Andersen, serving clients primarily in the consumer products sector. As he ultimately progressed to the role Senior Manager, he also was a regular faculty member at that firm’s Worldwide Centre for Professional Education, where he discovered his passion for teaching, mentoring and coaching.

Subsequent to his tenure with Andersen, and before embarking on his career as an educator, he facilitated a successful initial public offering and served as the chief financial officer for a publicly-traded corporation in the high-tech sector. As an educator, he has authored, facilitated, and presented training programs, ranging from technical accounting and auditing topics to leadership and professional development, to thousands of professionals.

Chris earned his finance and accounting education at The Florida State University.

Outside of our profession, he is a PADI Master Scuba Instructor, a USCG-certified Master Captain and an avid adventure traveler. He resides in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL with his three “kids” (pups).
