Leading Hybrid Teams

The world as we knew it has changed over the last two years and has impacted us all both, personally and professionally.  We rapidly adjusted from in-person working to remote working.  Today, a hybrid model of work is evolving as a popular choice for both employers and employees.

The lessons learned over the past few years will have a lasting impact on the future of work for our organizations.  More than ever, we need practical tools to lead our teams whether they are working in the same location or working remotely.

Leading Hybrid Teams is a webinar dedicated to this shift and provides us with 4 Abilities from the newly developed Infinite∞Ability™ model created by Mindful-CPA. These 4 Abilities will focus on you being able to Connect, Innovate, Lead with Balance and bring meaningful Effectiveness and Efficiency to team leaders and team members as we continue to evolve in this new hybrid workplace.
